• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable product requirements.
• Shape the future of Leads and Switchboard Agents to support intelligent, agentic customer experiences.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to prototype solutions, including internal workflows and auditing tools.
• Leverage data and experimentation to identify platform opportunities and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a platform-focused environment.
• Technical fluency with APIs, database schemas, data models, and scalable architectures.
• Experience building scalable platform capabilities for internal users and complex use cases.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or agentic product experiences such as lead nurturing or classification.
• Must be based in the United States.
