What you will do

• Represent autonomy software development teams in planning and delivering against corporate milestones.
• Prioritize tasks across short-term and long-term programs to maintain a clear development plan.
• Manage backlogs for multiple teams in partnership with engineering managers and directors.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to proactively identify and remove blockers.
• Leverage program management best practices to drive roadmap execution, including dependency and risk management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of delivering outcomes through cross-functional programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional roadmaps, including dependencies and change management.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and visual collaboration tools like Miro.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in the Autonomous Vehicle industry.
• Experience synthesizing technical engineering deliverables for non-technical stakeholders.
