What you will do

• Review and moderate user-generated text, images, and videos for compliance with community standards.
• Identify and report hate speech, harassment, and explicit material.
• Enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all players.
• Collaborate with the moderation team to optimize processes and share best practices.
• Provide feedback to the development team to improve moderation tools and workflows.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in content moderation or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inappropriate content quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with various game genres and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
