Compensation: $110,000 - $135,000

What you will do

• Design and maintain reliable microservices using Go and scalable Angular frontend applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications for robust service integration.
• Orchestrate services using Kubernetes and Helm within a large-scale distributed environment.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies using Ginkgo, Jest, and Cypress.
• Drive technical initiatives and make architectural decisions across multiple microservices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Angular (15+) with TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with MySQL schema design and query optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale microservices environments (50+ services).
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of JWT-based authentication and role-based authorization.
• Background in nonprofit or social good technology.
