• Design and ship end-to-end AI agents to handle pricing intelligence and booking compliance.
• Create secure AI infrastructure to expose internal logistics data to LLMs.
• Navigate agent patterns, RAG, and prompt engineering to solve complex automation problems.
• Build and launch products incrementally with high-frequency production deployments.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Partner with leadership to define the technical roadmap and hiring strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA
• Deep experience with LLM agent patterns, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal.
• Strong background in building large-scale distributed systems and data-heavy applications.
• Demonstrated architecture leadership across multiple teams or systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to business and product stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, React, or AWS.
