What you will do

• Monitor systems for software errors, failures, and capacity issues to ensure continuous operational performance.
• Resolve complex market data and private data connectivity issues in collaboration with clients and exchanges.
• Manage exchange feed integrations and lead projects for trading system implementations and upgrades.
• Partner with business analysts to develop and deliver scalable solutions for reported technical issues.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of commercial experience in the trading technology industry.
• 4+ years of experience supporting financial trading data or protocols such as FIX, OMnet, ITCH, or OUCH.
• Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency status.
• Functional knowledge of brokerage or securities finance operations.
• Proven experience in trading application development support and incident management.
• Background in application component implementation and deployment.
