What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and encourage engineers to deliver ambitious goals.
• Develop and implement core systems and innovative game features.
• Optimize code for high-performance targets.
• Build and maintain tools for game developers.
• Coordinate and negotiate with external collaborators across engineering, production, build, art, and QA.
• Provide technical analysis and documentation to support new systems and ensure maintainable, reusable code delivery.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in an engineering role.
• Experience with Unity, C#, URP, and Addressables.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud, Firebase, Jenkins, Gradle, and Groovy.
• Strong expertise in code optimization and system building.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
