What you will do

• Translate design documentation into functional gameplay features using C# and Unity.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to launch and live support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partner studios to maintain a unified codebase and resolve merge conflicts.
• Diagnose and resolve CPU/GPU bottlenecks to ensure performance across iOS and Android devices.
• Manage continuous integration and deployment workflows to improve feature delivery speed.
• Represent technical requirements to stakeholders and advocate for architectural best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in mobile game development with a track record of end-to-end feature ownership.
• Deep mastery of OOP and architecture design patterns for managing massive codebases.
• Proven expertise in mobile game optimization and solving performance bottlenecks.
• Experience architecting Live-Ops infrastructure and A/B testing frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for working in a multi-studio environment.
• Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Match-3 or puzzle-meta systems such as grid management or complex economy loops.
