What you will do

• Translate design documentation into functional gameplay features using C# and Unity.
• Optimize game performance by identifying and resolving frame rate, memory, and garbage collection issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partner studios to ensure unified development and code quality.
• Implement and manage Live-Ops features and A/B testing frameworks.
• Maintain and improve continuous integration and deployment workflows.
• Represent feature development requirements to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in mobile game development with Unity and C#.
• Strong understanding of OOP and design patterns for large-scale codebases.
• Proven experience in supporting casual or social live titles.
• Ability to coordinate technical communication between internal and external teams.
• Competency in mobile performance profiling and optimization.
• Must be based in Poland to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Match-3 or puzzle-meta games.
