What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day CRO and experimentation execution, including A/B tests and personalization across partner microsites.
  • Own the testing backlog, from identifying opportunities and developing hypotheses to managing execution and readout.
  • Partner with SEO, UX, Content, and Analytics teams to align optimization efforts with brand and discovery goals.
  • Use behavioral signals and journey analytics to diagnose UX friction points and design meaningful tests.
  • Scale optimization practices, playbooks, and testing wins across the university portfolio.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate the testing process from ideation to results measurement.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in digital web optimization, CRO, UX, experimentation, and growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and personalization experiments at scale.
  • Expert proficiency in GA4 web analytics.
  • Proficiency with Optimizely and FullStory.
  • Proven ability to translate behavioral data into actionable insights that drive business impact.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in multi-site or multi-brand ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with machine learning–driven optimization and audience segmentation.
  • Background in higher education, OPM, or complex lead generation environments.
  • Experience partnering with development teams on build, execution, and QA.
