Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Proven experience as a Principal Data Engineer, Lead Data Engineer, or Data Architect in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Databricks architecture, optimization, and team leadership.
• Strong experience designing cloud-native data platforms in Azure or AWS.
• Advanced proficiency with PySpark, SparkSQL, and large-scale distributed data processing.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
