Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 (annual, NYC-based applicants)

What you will do

• Partner with engineering leadership to translate strategic objectives into work plans and resource mobilization models.
• Ensure delivery execution for web and mobile-delivered omnichannel experiences across the team.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders on healthcare and user interaction requirements (web, mobile, omnichannel).
• Mentor engineers on modern software engineering models, including contract-first development and shift-left design/testing.
• Guide scalable platform digital experience constraints, deployment patterns, and release collaboration models.
• Contribute hands-on to implementation and delivery when needed.

Requirements

• United States work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
• 8+ years delivering customer experience web solutions for 10M+ user populations.
• 10+ years in software development for moderate-to-large organizations with mature engineering practices.
• 5+ years in a software lead role with management and team leadership responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of modern web frameworks and patterns (React, Angular, Vue; SPA/PWA/SSR; reactive web patterns).
• Experience with web/mobile API models (e.g., BFF) and session/authorization patterns (OAuth, JWT, PKCE).

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile transpilation frameworks (React Native, Expo, Ionic).
• Experience with internationalization (i18n), accessibility (a11n), multimedia delivery, and feature toggles.
• Healthcare domain familiarity and related compliance/security obligations.
