What you will do

• Automate and orchestrate machine learning workflows across major cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML, including automated data validation and model testing.
• Design and implement engineering components for RAG systems, including query interpretation, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval.
• Build evaluation pipelines for offline IR metrics and LLM quality metrics like faithfulness and grounding.
• Optimize infrastructure costs through monitoring and efficient resource utilization.
• Partner with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate business problems into production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Current experience in ML Engineering, MLOps platforms, and shipping ML or GenAI systems to production.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud vendor solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google).
• Experience with search, vector, or graph technologies such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, or Neo4j.
• Strong understanding of the Data Science Life Cycle, including feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python, with Java or Scala considered a plus.

Nice to have

• Background in health technology or medical content workflows.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or PySpark.
• Experience with large-scale data processing systems like Spark.
