What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat for retail accounting software.
- Troubleshoot client-server application failures involving SQL, web servers, and payment hardware.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and integration tool usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments like sales and customer experience to address client concerns.
- Mentor team members to improve overall department technical proficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant technical support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, computer hardware, and general networking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Solon, US.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft SQL, ERP applications, or analytical tools.
- Background in financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes.
- Prior experience with SaaS or e-Commerce platforms.
