• Shape and implement the annual Internal Audit Plan with a focus on cyber and technology risks.
• Lead cyber and technology audits, including those delivered by co-sourced partners.
• Deliver clear, impactful audit reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
• Promote a data-driven, continuous auditing culture using automation and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Global Information Security teams to implement control enhancements.
• Mentor staff and support their career development within the audit function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in internal audit, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.
• Deep knowledge of technology and cybersecurity governance frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
• Ability to assess risks associated with emerging technologies like AI.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical issues for executive leadership.
• Experience managing complex audit portfolios and co-sourced engagements.
