TL;DR

Bereavement Helpdesk Consultant (Fintech): Providing compassionate support to clients navigating estate and pension queries during difficult times with an accent on integrity, empathy, and complex problem-solving. Focus on managing end-to-end client cases, utilizing Salesforce for task management, and contributing to operational service improvements.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK. Hybrid working is available after successful completion of training and probation.

What you will do

  • Provide empathetic support to bereaved clients via phone, email, and postal correspondence regarding estates and pensions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing complex queries from start to finish.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage tasks and documentation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Estates Operations team to assist with workload and process improvements.
  • Identify and implement appropriate measures to support vulnerable clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK.
  • Must have passed probation in current role (internal applicants).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
  • Client-focused mindset with a compassionate approach to sensitive situations.
