Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK. Hybrid working is available after successful completion of training and probation.

What you will do
- Provide empathetic support to bereaved clients via phone, email, and postal correspondence regarding estates and pensions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing complex queries from start to finish.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage tasks and documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Estates Operations team to assist with workload and process improvements.
- Identify and implement appropriate measures to support vulnerable clients.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol, UK.
- Must have passed probation in current role (internal applicants).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
- Client-focused mindset with a compassionate approach to sensitive situations.
