What you will do

• Expand relationships with banks and insurers across the GCC to originate and close new business opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs, ensuring scope, budget, and quality.
• Define target operating models, digital customer journeys, and data/analytics use cases.
• Manage engagement commercials, governance, and executive reporting for high-stakes projects.
• Build and manage alliances with technology partners to co-develop go-to-market offerings.
• Lead and mentor teams of managers and consultants, fostering a culture of delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience in Insurance and/or Banking.
• Established GCC network with senior client relationships and a track record of converting leads into engagements.
• Fluency in English and professional fluency in Arabic (must be able to facilitate meetings and produce client-ready materials in both).
• Strong command of GCC regulatory frameworks (SAMA, CBUAE, QCB, etc.) and market dynamics.
• Experience with major industry platforms like Temenos, Guidewire, Salesforce, or cloud/data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant master’s degree.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, CFA, or CAMS.
• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency with strong business writing skills.
• Experience delivering IFRS 17 programs or large-scale core platform migrations.
