What you will do

• Manage and support the delivery of assigned innovation and business transformation projects.
• Document solution requirements and perform active technology scouting.
• Conduct project due diligence research and documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project delivery progress using formal methodologies like Gantt charts.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Engineering or Business from a top-tier university.
• 1-2 years of experience in technology, research, or innovation environments for Associate level.
• Minimum 1 year of solid management consulting experience for Consultant level.
• Business proficiency in both Arabic and English is a must.
• Demonstrable experience leading and completing complex technical innovation projects.
• Knowledge of Open Innovation Methodology, Intellectual Property, and Technology Scouting.
