What you will do

  • Translate business needs into Workday system requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Workday and ATS, compensation, and payroll tools.
  • Identify manual, error-prone processes and lead automation initiatives to improve data accuracy.
  • Own change management for Workday updates and new implementations, including rollout plans, communications, and training.
  • Run system audits, reconciliations, and testing to maintain accurate, compliant People data.
  • Develop Workday dashboards and reports for headcount, hiring, attrition, compensation, and related HR analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or HR technology roles.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including configuration, maintenance, integrations, and end-to-end implementations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience building reports and dashboards with structured data.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience performing audits and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
