Salary: $95,000.00 - $245,000.00 (base salary range)

What you will do
- Manage and grow a team of roughly 15 staff (hiring, promotions, annual reviews, mentoring, and performance evaluations).
- Lead reverse engineering and cyber effects work, including deep analysis of interconnected systems and identifying cyber effects opportunities.
- Design and develop cyber software tools and capabilities, including custom low-level tooling and reverse engineering automation frameworks.
- Perform static and dynamic analysis on diverse firmware and software; apply program analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Plan, lead, and execute cyber programs with frequent client communication and clear project timelines and delegation.
- Identify technical risks at the program/system level and develop and execute mitigation strategies; contribute to cyber strategy and business-winning efforts.
Requirements
- Onsite in Cambridge, MA.
- 7+ years of engineering experience in design, development, and management of complex systems.
- Expertise in reverse engineering and analysis tooling (e.g., Ghidra, IDA, Binary Ninja, Radare, Angr, debuggers, Qemu, AFL++).
- Strong background in understanding and exploiting software vulnerabilities, including secure coding practices and mitigation techniques.
- Proficiency with programming languages and build systems such as C, C++, Python, Go, and Rust.
- Ability to supervise a team of 10–20 and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
