What you will do

• Develop and optimize predictive models for final-mile logistics and delivery success.
• Work with large-scale GPS traces, mapping data, and geospatial datasets.
• Collaborate with product managers, logistics operators, and engineers to deploy models into production systems.
• Design experiments and perform causal inference to drive operational improvements.
• Translate complex geospatial insights into actionable business decisions.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience working with geospatial data (e.g., GPS traces, spatial indexing, or routing systems).
• Strong proficiency in predictive modeling, feature engineering, and experimentation.
• Advanced Python skills with experience in libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems such as Spark, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
