Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing end-to-end integration initiatives across ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
- Define integration requirements, interface specifications, and data transformation rules aligned with enterprise standards.
- Drive finance integration strategy and oversee enterprise middleware platforms like SAP BTP, MuleSoft, and TIBCO.
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement secure, scalable data exchange mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Manage integration testing, deployment planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration and leading large-scale programs.
- Proven success with M&A, divestitures, or ERP implementation projects.
- Expertise in enterprise integration platforms such as SAP BTP, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling, or TIBCO.
- Strong understanding of API-led architectures, ETL, event-driven design, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in California.
