TL;DR

Location: Remote; candidates based in EST are welcome.

What you will do
- Define the vision and creative direction for brand design and lead major brand initiatives.
- Guide brand projects from insight and strategy through identity, expression, and execution.
- Partner with founders, executives, clients, Product Design, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
- Oversee scalable brand systems across product experiences, marketing ecosystems, motion, and storytelling.
- Lead cross-disciplinary reviews, critique sessions, pitches, and strategic workshops.
- Mentor Brand Designers and foster a culture of openness, curiosity, and continuous growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or design leadership, preferably in a digital-first environment.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale brand engagements from strategy through execution.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual identity, brand systems, and storytelling across digital touchpoints.
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and translating creative thinking into strategic outcomes.
- Proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, and modern design practices, including motion, interaction, and content.
- Strong facilitation, communication, mentoring, and critique skills, with knowledge of current design trends and emerging tools.
