What you will do

  • Design and refresh publications, factsheets, reports, and presentation templates.
  • Create static and digital graphics, animations, and icons optimized for web and print.
  • Develop infographics to visualize complex program information for target audiences.
  • Produce motion graphics and video content, including photo/video capture and editing for events.
  • Ensure all visual products meet federal 508 accessibility compliance standards.
  • Manage a central repository for icons, graphics, and design templates.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a government Fitness Determination.
  • BA in Graphic Design, Animation, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI-generated content, motion design, rigging, and VFX.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with 3D modeling software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools like Runway ML, DALL·E, and MidJourney.
