What you will do

• Drive tokenization features from concept through deployment, scaling digital asset architecture.
• Own technical execution for the digital asset lifecycle, including issuance, transfer, and verification.
• Lead the design, implementation, and testing of smart contracts and coordinate end-to-end audits.
• Build and maintain off-chain integration layers for secure communication between blockchain and internal systems.
• Partner with product and compliance teams to translate security requirements into engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems in production.
• Expert-level fluency in Solidity and EVM development with knowledge of security frameworks like OpenZeppelin.
• Strong command of TypeScript for backend development and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 tooling such as Foundry, Hardhat, Viem, or Ethers.js.
• Paranoid security mindset with proven expertise in mitigating smart contract vulnerabilities.
• Ability to communicate protocol logic and security trade-offs to global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or high-security sectors.
• Familiarity with Solana (SVM) or Daml/Canton development.
• Knowledge of C++ for platform system interfacing.
• Expertise in key management (MPC, HSM) and applied cryptography.
• Experience with Account Abstraction (ERC-4337) or multi-signature frameworks.
