Salary: £42,000.00–£73,400.00 per year

What you will do

  • Support the Toys & Games team in developing and executing a five-year category road map (including Hardlines) for the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing licensees; prepare targeted presentations for licensing programmes and retail launches in EMEA.
  • Manage allocated accounts day to day and support line manager negotiations for business terms and contracts.
  • Act as EMEA point of contact for product development (localisation), legal, and financial queries with global licensees.
  • Supervise contract negotiation and drive product development and execution in line with consumer product guidelines and business goals.
  • Assist with planning and attendance of licensing summits, licensing shows, toy fairs, and partner presentations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in licensing, toys and games, and/or marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proven organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with a variety of work groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
