What you will do

• Manage administrative workflows, including inbox, calendar, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify inefficiencies and build automations using tools like n8n and Supabase.
• Develop and maintain internal data infrastructure and reporting systems.
• Support execution across strategic partnerships and investor relations.
• Assist with event activations and ecosystem engagement for athletes and founders.
• Implement light coding solutions to reduce friction in daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be UK timezone compatible or willing to flex.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial behavior through side projects or startup experience.
• Strong technical fluency with no-code/low-code tools and ability to write code.
• Experience with Supabase or similar database infrastructure.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and solve problems proactively.
