What you will do

  • Provide operational support for billing platforms, including monitoring and resolving production issues.
  • Investigate and resolve billing system incidents and data discrepancies across Salesforce, Zuora, and AWS.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to diagnose defects and validate fixes.
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, including support during critical billing cycles.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 2-3+ years of experience in IT billing support, systems operations, or enterprise application support.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora, AWS, and Workday Financials.
  • Experience with SaaS subscription and usage-based billing models.
  • Strong analytical skills for investigating data discrepancies and system behavior.
  • Ability to operate effectively independently during high-impact incidents with clear communication.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with integrations, APIs, and system data flows.
  • Experience operating in SOX-controlled or regulated environments.
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and reliability improvements.
