What you will do
- Provide operational support for billing platforms, including monitoring and resolving production issues.
- Investigate and resolve billing system incidents and data discrepancies across Salesforce, Zuora, and AWS.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to diagnose defects and validate fixes.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, including support during critical billing cycles.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 2-3+ years of experience in IT billing support, systems operations, or enterprise application support.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora, AWS, and Workday Financials.
- Experience with SaaS subscription and usage-based billing models.
- Strong analytical skills for investigating data discrepancies and system behavior.
- Ability to operate effectively independently during high-impact incidents with clear communication.

- Experience operating in SOX-controlled or regulated environments.
