What you will do

• Apply stains, toners, dyes, and polyurethane coatings using professional spray equipment.
• Perform surface preparation including sanding and tacking between coating applications.
• Inspect finished components to identify defects and perform necessary touch-ups.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment, booth filters, and finishing area tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and routings to ensure product specifications are met.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals while adhering to lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Previous professional finishing experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience demonstrating competency.
• Ability to operate spray guns and air palm sanders effectively.
• Capacity to read and understand safety data sheets and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate color matching.
• Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
