What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of six direct reports.
• Own the technical strategy and execution for the CK AI Service.
• Design and govern RAG workflows and API expansion.
• Improve delivery velocity and reduce system bottlenecks.
• Drive standardization and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to drive product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in designing and delivering distributed systems and APIs at scale.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG workflows.
• Understanding of LLM integration, orchestration, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience with microservices architecture and system integration.
• Ability to govern AI patterns including evaluation and observability.
