What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Model processes and workflows using UML to support automation.
• Manage and refine backlogs to ensure development readiness.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collect business sign-offs.
• Provide reporting on project progress, risks, and resource planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Luxembourg.
• Proven experience as a Senior IT Business Analyst in financial or international organizations.
• Strong background in SDLC, requirements gathering, and UML modeling.
• Experience with e-banking and lending application projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and data quality activities.
• English: C1 level required.
• French: B2 level is an asset.
