Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Design and implement the Microsoft Purview landscape for data protection and governance.
• Manage risk and compliance frameworks across Microsoft 365 and on-premises infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define data classification and monitoring policies.
• Ensure secure identity management using Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Drive the adoption of security best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, specifically in data security and compliance.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, identity setups, and on-premises environments.
• Ability to build structures from the ground up and translate complex requirements into pragmatic solutions.
• Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cologne office.
