What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and sustain medium-to-large applications using .NET/C# and JavaScript frameworks with test-driven development.
• Refine and optimize Azure architecture to improve interoperability, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Enhance applications hosted in Azure App Service and follow cloud-native best practices.
• Design and build new features/components and major enhancements, including backend APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional Agile teams to evaluate, define, and prioritize requirements/user stories.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT/production issues, and provide documentation and technical support as needed.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required (no exceptions) and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on development in .NET/C#.
• 3+ years designing, enhancing, and supporting solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Azure App Service, Azure DevOps, and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Vue (or React/Angular/jQuery).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server/Azure SQL), plus proven Azure development and deployment experience.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing Microsoft-based systems in Azure Gov Cloud environments.
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305).
• Experience with federal clients/government contracting.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, GitHub, and Jira.
• Experience using AI to automate and improve client requirements.
