What you will do

• Coordinate between business stakeholders and engineering teams to enhance eFX trading infrastructure.
• Analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, and map data flows for complex financial systems.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including UAT, SIT, and production releases.
• Collaborate with Java/Springboot microservices teams to ensure system performance and stability.
• Monitor microservices on AWS and manage non-functional requirements.
• Work directly on the trading floor to support traders and sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austria or willing to work from Austria.
• Fluent English required (German is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Application Manager or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, specifically Foreign Exchange and Money Markets.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and experience with FIX protocol.
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with Javascript.
• Previous experience in an international banking environment.
