What you will do

• Support customers in maximizing the value of hirify.global's products and identify opportunities to improve their outcomes.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize internal workflows and enhance productivity across the revenue organization.
• Analyze customer usage trends and engagement patterns to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to solve business challenges.
• Research emerging AI trends and technologies to innovate internal processes and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Vienna or Klagenfurt.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Management, Technology, or a related field (3rd year or Masters students preferred).
• Active curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns in data and take initiative.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and relationship building.
