What you will do

• Manage day-of onsite logistics, including setup, check-in, and breakdown of events.
• Serve as the primary hirify.global representative and problem solver during live events.
• Coordinate roles and responsibilities with nonprofit partners, venues, and corporate clients.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through warm welcomes and efficient guest management.
• Provide real-time updates, photos, and videos to the central Events Team.
• Handle equipment logistics, including repackaging and shipping materials back to the distribution center.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in executing both large-scale corporate events and intimate executive meetings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, on a per-event contract basis.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong resourcefulness and ability to problem-solve under pressure in ambiguous situations.
