What you will do
- Analyze and provide solutions for the most complex technical tasks and implementation processes.
- Provide 3rd level support, investigating root causes of incidents and initiating corrective actions.
- Act as a Technical Lead in implementation projects, overseeing delivery and solution architecture.
- Create and maintain complex technical documentation and procedures to support IT services.
- Guide customers through assessment and scoping for network modernization, focusing on SD-WAN and automation.
- Deliver training plans and concepts to mentor other employees.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Technologies.
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of VMware & Nutanix HCI Platforms.
- Advanced certification for relevant platforms (at least two years).
- English: C1 level required.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and project management.

- Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency in German.
