What you will do

• Analyze and provide solutions for the most complex technical tasks and implementation processes.
• Provide 3rd level support, investigating root causes of incidents and initiating corrective actions.
• Act as a Technical Lead in implementation projects, overseeing delivery and solution architecture.
• Create and maintain complex technical documentation and procedures to support IT services.
• Guide customers through assessment and scoping for network modernization, focusing on SD-WAN and automation.
• Deliver training plans and concepts to mentor other employees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technologies.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of VMware & Nutanix HCI Platforms.
• Advanced certification for relevant platforms (at least two years).
• English: C1 level required.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and project management.

Nice to have

• Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency in German.
