What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the Solutions Design process to map clinical protocols to software solutions efficiently and accurately.
• Gather and document requirements and specify design components for client-facing meetings.
• Create and maintain specifications for study-specific implementations of hirify.global products and services.
• Ensure consistency between trial data capture, data delivery, and database structures.
• Support validation and quality control testing by addressing design-related defects.
• Collaborate with Business Development to analyze proposals and protocols for new studies.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Science, or Computer Sciences.
• Demonstrable understanding of eCOA and Clinical Research.
• Experience working in an international environment and managing client relations at all levels.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Clinical Research Manager, or Project Coordinator.
• Previous experience with eCOA/ePRO, IRT/RTSM, eConsent, or other eClinical technology solutions.
• Background as a Product Manager, Product Designer, or Software Designer in the healthcare industry.
