What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers to drive professional growth and consulting excellence.
• Define and standardize project management methodologies across the Salesforce practice to ensure consistent delivery.
• Monitor project portfolio health, acting as the primary escalation point for complex delivery challenges and scope disputes.
• Partner with PMs to manage project margins, resource utilization, and SOW compliance.
• Strategically allocate resources to client accounts based on expertise and workload.
• Provide executive leadership with high-level visibility into portfolio performance, revenue forecasts, and delivery risks.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Project/Program Management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing other PMs in a consulting firm.
• Deep experience overseeing large-scale Salesforce implementations from a delivery and business perspective.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services business models, including Fixed-Price and T&M contracts.
• Mandatory: PMP or PgMP certification.
• English: C1+ required for presenting complex roadmaps to executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Management.

• MBA degree.
• Salesforce Certifications (Admin or Consultant level).
• Hebrew language proficiency.
