What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports using MicroStrategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Deliver high-quality dashboards that support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business users.
• Optimize existing reports and SQL queries for better performance and usability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy or involvement in 2–3 major projects.
• Proven ability to independently build and design BI reports.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Good command of English for effective communication.
