What you will do

• Manage the shared operations mailbox and ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Assign missions to housekeeping, maintenance, and field teams to support daily operations.
• Monitor and update the Check-In Dashboard to ensure all next-day arrivals are prepared.
• Assist the support team with guest communications, including check-in queries and issue resolution.
• Apply for work permits and coordinate access approvals as required.
• Flag operational issues, delays, or risks to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Dubai.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Hospitality, Business, or Operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in email, dashboards, and task management tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
