What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of People Operations across assigned markets, ensuring excellence in the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage Employee Relations by triaging complex, sensitive, and high-risk cases while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Drive the regional rollout and adoption of HR transformation tools, including Workday and the People Portal.
  • Bridge the gap between global People strategy and local execution, adapting delivery to cultural and legislative nuances.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for data-driven case management, workflow tracking, and identifying operational trends.
  • Partner with regional leads, Legal, and Compliance teams to mitigate risks and align standards across the EMEA Hub network.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in HR operations and employee relations.
  • Experience managing HR services across multiple markets, specifically within the Middle East and Africa.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools, specifically Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements in the MEA region.
  • Experience in HR transformation, process automation, and scalability.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with global and regional functional leaders.
