What you will do

• Define and own the test strategy, approach, and governance framework for a complex, multi-workstream programme.
• Design clear governance structures, including RACI matrices, decision flows, and exception handling processes.
• Translate regulatory requirements (EMIR lifecycle events, UTIs, valuations) into concrete, traceable test scenarios.
• Plan and manage testing activities across multiple teams and locations, aligning vendor and internal tracks.
• Lead defect triage and risk-based reporting to senior stakeholders based on regulatory and operational risk.
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and ensure a controlled handover to BAU.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Lead on large-scale system implementations.
• Hands-on background in financial markets, post-trade, or transaction reporting.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle events and regulatory-driven change (EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR or similar).
• Experience managing testing in vendor-led environments, whether on-premise or SaaS.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into structured test scenarios.
• Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at a senior level.

• Experience with Broadridge transaction reporting platforms.
