What you will do

• Develop and deploy mid-frequency quantitative trading strategies with holding times ranging from seconds to days.
• Design and implement predictive models specifically for digital assets.
• Analyze high-resolution market data to identify short-term alpha signals and microstructure patterns.
• Perform rigorous backtesting, simulation, and parameter optimization.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance execution efficiency and model performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to London, UK.
• Proven experience developing and deploying MFT strategies with demonstrable production performance.
• Strong quantitative background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Advanced Python coding skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in market making or liquidity provision.
