What you will do

• Design and implement programmatic trading strategies for the DeFi ecosystem.
• Build and maintain core microservices and backend infrastructure required by the trading engine.
• Develop and optimize systems that drive on-chain searching.
• Contribute across multiple codebases in various languages to explore the design space.
• Collaborate with experienced traders and developers to improve system performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming with Python, Rust, or Go.
• Experience with Linux environments and Git version control.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience with programmatic statistical analysis.
• High-level understanding of high-frequency market making strategies.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and EVM mechanics.
• Familiarity with smart contract development and the Foundry toolkit.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Singapore.
