What you will do

• Deliver high-quality service and build trusted relationships with HNWI clients worldwide.
• Drive KPIs including revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform through data-driven strategies.
• Manage and optimize the VIP program to ensure competitive and impactful offerings.
• Utilize blockchain analytics and trading data to inform revenue-generating efforts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and client service teams to improve client loyalty and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relationship or account management, with at least 2 years in the crypto space.
• Proven track record of working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Deep understanding of spot, margin, futures, OTC trading, and lending.
• Strong personal network within the crypto industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
