What you will do

• Lead Solar PV projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Design optimized roof-mounted, ground-mounted, and industrial solar systems using tools like OpenSolar or PVSyst.
• Manage the grid connections process, including G98/G99 applications and coordination with DNOs.
• Develop the Solar PV division by identifying commercial opportunities and negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and local authorities throughout the operational lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London, UK.
• 3+ years of experience in the Solar sector, specifically in residential and/or C&I Solar PV design and project management.
• Full Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification.
• City & Guilds 2382-22 (BS7671 Wiring Regulations) certification.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Solar PV projects.
• Ability and willingness to travel across the UK.

Nice to have

• Dedicated Solar PV qualification such as City & Guilds 2399 or EAL Solar PV.
