What you will do

• Oversee the electrical aspects of Mobile Wireless site builds for major UK MNOs.
• Manage electrical field teams, including performance evaluation, timekeeping, and absences.
• Handle technical queries, resolve escalations, and provide expert assistance to project teams.
• Maintain real-time progress and provide daily/weekly reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the issuance of method statements, risk assessments, and Health & Safety packs.
• Coordinate with the Commercial team to manage site final accounts.

Requirements

• Full electrical C&G qualification, including inspection and testing.
• 18th edition qualification.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Experience in site-based mobile networks (preferred).
