What you will do

• Handle and resolve technical support tickets.
• Perform platform monitoring to ensure system stability.
• Conduct code analysis to identify and fix errors.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team on system maintenance.
• Support business-critical integration processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Information Systems, Systems Analysis, IT Management, etc.) from the 2nd year onwards.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server and Excel.
• Intermediate understanding of programming logic.
• Interest in solving complex problems using Java or JavaScript.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week during business hours.
