What you will do

Requirements
- Must be based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines
- 7 to 9 years of total BPO experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Transformational Quality Manager.
- Preferably Greenbelt or Blackbelt certified.
- College degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma Blackbelt certification.
- Experience in large-scale BPO operations.
